Art Gallery Certificate for Keith Jesperson (The Happy Face Killer)

The happy Face Killer is well known not only for his crimes but his artwork as well.  At Oregon State Penitentiary, his artwork has been featured at several art shows that are put on by the state of Oregon. Keith has sent us the certificate from his last art showing at OSP. It is signed and has his inmate number on the back for authenticity by Keith Jesperson. This program is only available to those who have a life sentence.
